DR. DIPTY ACHARYA

Dr. Dipty Acharya completed her BSc. at the Univeristy of Waterloo in 2005, she then went on to New England College of Optometry in Boston, where she completed her Optometry degree in 2009.During her career as an Optometrist, she has found great pleasure in learning and focusing more of her attention on Vision therapy for patients with concussions, learning difficulties and those with Amblyopia and Strabismus (eye turns). Dr. Acharya loves learning new things and being able to provide the best patient care, she continues learning these varied topics and loves every minute of it!In her off work hours, she enjoys her 2 young kids, reading and travelling.
Dr. Mark Lukito
HBSc, OD
Dr. Mark Anthony Lukito is the Owner and Primary Practitioner of EyeWell. He is also an affiliate of Dr. Mark Lukito, Dr. Dana Smart, and Associates. He completed his Undergraduate Degree in Honours Biology (HBSc) at the University of Waterloo in 2002, and his Doctorate of Optometry in Visual Science (OD) at the Prestigious University of Waterloo School of Optometry in 2006.
During his tenure, he was the recipient of the Bobier/Fischer/Lyle Research Award, the Advanced Medical Optics Award for Research in Contact Lens Care, and the Optometry Faculty
Undergraduate Research Scholarship.
In 2008, he became Director of Dr. Mark Lukito & Associates, practicing under Luxottica Inc. before opening two separate office locations in both Guelph and Oakville in 2016. During those years, he was also a Clinical Instructor in the Primary Care Externship Program at the University of Waterloo for student Optometrists. He has been involved in multiple student volunteer programs helping those achieve their goals of becoming a practicing Optometrist.
Dr. Lukito has now had the privilege of practicing in Guelph for 15
years. He continues to love serving his community in Primary Eye Care, and has recently extended his Scope of Practice to include Concussion Management and Vision Therapy.

ERIN GRAINGER
Patient Care Coordinatior of Administration
Erin graduated from Conestoga College's Physiotherapy Assistant Program in 1999. She has worked in the private physiotherapy sector as well as the long-term care sector in Cambridge, Guelph and Fergus. Erin will ensure that when you walk through our door you feel taken care of with a professional and friendly demeanour. Erin will gladly assist with any insurance needs, coverage information, referrals and booking appointments.
In her spare time, Erin can be found with her husband supporting their daughters either on the sidelines of a soccer pitch or in and around a hockey arena. She also enjoys hiking local trails with her Labrador Retriever, baking, camping, golf and spending quality time with family and friends.

Megan completed her Bachelor's at the University of Guelph majoring in Biological Sciences. Megan originally job shadowed Dr. Lukito and enjoyed the culture of the office and has been working here since!
Additionally, Megan has volunteered at the University of Waterloo Low Vision Clinic. Megan enjoys working with people and helping patients feel welcomed and cared for during their visits.
