The College of Optometrists has deemed optometry an essential service, therefore, we are staying open and operating on a by appointment only basis.

Our COVID-19 Procedures


All patients MUST wear a mask in our office and for the full duration of your appointment.


Our staff do their best to monitor the capacity of of people within our office to ensure your safety.

Therefore, our office will be operating at a limited capacity.


Patients will be screened over the phone prior to entering the building and will be asked to sanitize their hands when entering the office.


We are currently operating by appointment only in light of the current COVID-19 guidelines.

At this time we are not accepting walk-ins.


Patients are asked to maintain social distancing during the duration of their visit.


We ask that before coming into the office for your appointment to please phone the front desk. 

They will give you directions to help keep yourself and the rest of our office safe.


All patients MUST contact our office by phone or email to make an appointment before they enter the office for a eye exam, vision therapy or to pick up glasses.


Our staff will be sanitizing all high touch surfaces, as well as seats in the waiting area and the exam room between patients. 

Staff will be screened prior to starting their shift.

What patients need to do before their appointment:

Please fill out the COVID-19 screening questionnaire or answer the following questions.

Have you experienced any of the following new or worsening symptoms?

Symptoms should not be chronic or related to other known causes or conditions.

  • Fever or chills

  • Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath

  • Cough

  • Sore throat or trouble swallowing

  • Runny nose/stuffy nose or nasal congestion

  • Decrease or loss of smell or taste

  • Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain

  • Not feeling well, extreme tiredness or fatigue, sore muscles

Have you travelled outside Canada in the last 14 days? 

Have you had close contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19?

If you have answered "yes" to any of the above, please do not come to your appointment. 

Kindly call our office and we would be more than happy to reschedule your appointment to a later date.
